Shipping & Delivery

We ship to a wide range of countries. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We don’t process orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking details can take a few days to show movement after you receive them.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $45. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Address and delivery

Please double-check your address before placing your order: incomplete or incorrect details can delay processing. Depending on the carrier, your parcel may be left in your mailbox or at your door, or held at a local post office if it can’t be left safely.

Taxes and duties

For deliveries outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or fees charged by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
