Our fountain uses a 3-layer active carbon filtration system designed to keep your cat’s water clean, fresh, and drinkable all day.

Each filter combines high-density activated carbon, ion-exchange media, and fine mechanical filtration to target common tap-water contaminants:

How often should I replace the filter?

We suggest a new filter every 2 weeks. As hair, debris and impurities collect, the filter works less well and the water can start to taste and smell stale, so a regular swap keeps it fresh and appealing.

Is the fountain safe for my cat?

Yes. It is built from 304 food-grade stainless steel, it is BPA-free, and it helps cut down the bacteria, slime and mould that tend to build up in plastic bowls.

Will my cat really drink more?

Cats are naturally drawn to moving water. The faucet-style stream taps into that instinct, and 96% of cats drink more than they do from a still bowl.

Does the fountain make noise?

Hardly at all. The pump runs at under 25 dB, quieter than a whisper, so even nervous cats can drink in peace.

How long does one charge last?

A full charge lasts up to 30 days, depending on the mode you choose.

Can I put it anywhere in the house?

Yes. It is completely wireless, so there are no cords or outlets to plan around. Put it wherever your cat likes to drink.

What if I need help?

Is it easy to clean?

It takes less than 5 minutes by hand, or you can put the stainless steel parts in the dishwasher. There are no fiddly pieces or hard-to-reach corners.

What is the water capacity?

It holds 4L (135 oz), which lasts about 12 to 13 days depending on how much your cat drinks.

Does it work for homes with several cats?

Yes. The wide, whisker-friendly bowl and generous capacity make it a great fit for multi-cat homes.
